Nautica masts are made from 316 Stainless Steel or a combination of Laminated Teak and Stainless Steel. The 316 can be finished to a mirror shine - bead blast satin - brushed or a custom RAL paint colour.
Nautica Wigwams or canopy frames are made from heavy duty marine anodised aluminium. The Wigwam attaches via our stainless bayonet system which means no bolts. Simply attach the stainless draw cable using our sister clips and insert and turn 90 degrees. When finished - lift and rotate again to release the wigwam.
Nautica hubs are machined from solid aluminium billet, then marine anodised. These can also be custom polished or painted to your choice. The hubs are designed with a unique push pin stainless locking system.
The Nautica Winch, also purpose designed. We set out to make a small, beautiful and robust winch with removable handle. Each made from 316 marine grade stainless with stainless bearings. The sheaves or pulleys have bearings to minimise friction and make the canopy open / close as easy as possible.
