Corporate HQ - Terrafirma Grand Duo's

SHADEmakers were approached by a global UK manufacturer to design and build four large heated, lighted, and branded parasols for their extensive UK outdoor seating area, which is used for rest breaks, client meetings, functions, and other activities.

The SHADEmakers team responded with various parasol solutions, with the client choosing ShadeArts Terrafirma Grand Duo parasols. These beautiful and robust side post parasols feature natural Sapele hardwood bonded to an alloy core for strength and coupled to marine stainless fittings, support booms and winches.  The canopy frames are made from marine-grade alloy.

The brief included a request for branded canopies with individually switched heating and lighting.

While the parasols and printed canopies were manufactured in ShadeArts UK factory, the client was preinstalling the large ShadeArt steel ground anchors in readiness for the parasols.

In October 2022 SHADEmakers team delivered and commissioned the Terrafirma Grand parasols at the client site with the help of their onsite engineers. Handover included training on using and handling their beautiful new Terrafirma Grand parasols.
