Discreet and slim stainless side post parasol ideal for tight spaces

Tellus Tubular side post parasols or umbrellas have a vertical, slim 60mm diameter (Ø) round, high strength, stainless steel mast, making them corrosion resistant and ideal for smaller spaces. This parasol from ShadeArt comes standard with 360˚ rotation allowing the canopy to be moved to follow the sun or to the side when not in use. An optional articulated boom that folds back on itself when not in use is ideal for compact spaces with limited storage.

Taking its name from the Latin word for earth, Tellus Tubular is a spin-off from the Nautica range developed for the super yacht and coastal resort markets. The Tellus Tubular is more likely to be found on land than at sea, although it borrows many design and style elements from its mirror-polished, nautical cousin.

As with all ShadeArt parasols and umbrellas, Tellus Tubular has a custom stainless winch, internal cabling and a removable winder handle that ensures ease of use and the added safety feature that prevents unwanted tampering. Tellus Comes in a selection of sizes, shapes and colours with options including the articulated boom, heating, lighting, and branding and can be installed either permanently or to a pedestal base.

Tellus Single - Features

360˚ rotation - to tune the shade throughout the day.
Slim, vertical mast – high strength from stainless steel and 60mm diameter.

Shapes - Square, Rectangle and Octagonal
Sizes – Square from 2.0 to 3.0 metres, Rectangles from 2.5 x 1.88 metres to 3.5 x 2.63 metres and Octagonal from 2.5 to 3.5 metres.
Canopy Styles – choice of plain (with or without a valance), optional louvre panelled, wind vented, and linking gutters for multiple parasols.

Ease of assembly – it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to bolt the mast to a pre-installed ground anchor or pedestal base, then attach the boom & wigwam.
Easy to operate – a bespoke stainless gearbox with internal cabling makes for easy opening and closing of the canopy.
Safety – the ShadeArt gearbox has a removable handle and safety pin to prevent unwanted tampering.
Sun & Rain protection – high levels of security from harmful UV rays and ShadeArt canopies are also highly water resistant.
Fabric quality – ShadeArt Premium Acrylics European canvas is guaranteed to retain 80% or more original colour for at least five years.
